Hey team, since Mizu has done such a nice job on the executors page, I've decided to fill you guys in on what we do since I realized we never made that too clear.
Leader
Leaders are ultimately responsible for making the final decision in any vital issue/matter. This means any intense banishing of a member (due to drama, ill-will or anything deemed trouble-some), to guild restructuring, promoting members to Marshal, TW matters (when we get to it) and handling guild donations. If we have any major suggestions for the faction, we must get the leader's consent before implementing it.
Leader mainly works behind the scene and delegates task to their underlings, however the leader can choose to handle any duty specified for Directors, Marshals or Executors. Lastly, when the leader speaks on any given issue or topic, we must comply. No buts, no maybes.
Director
Directors are responsible for maintaining/handling faction members. This includes guild clean-up, promoting and demoting deserving members, and most importantly, making sure there is good communication within our faction. Directors are also responsible for any PR matters and disputes outside of Kinetic, in the case that a player outside of Kinetic has a problem with our members/or with our faction. Any in-faction disputes are to be handled by Marshals first before consulting with the Director. Directors are also responsible for making sure Marshals and Executors do their job properly, and occasionally recruiting members when needed.
Directors also assume role of leadership in the event of our leader's temporary absence. However, this role must be relinquished the minute the leader is active.
Marshals
Marshals are responsible for overseeing faction members. This means reporting any trouble-some matters to the Director and Leader, recommending members for promotion or demotion, reporting/recording inactivity, handling in-faction disputes and also promoting members to Executors (which does not need to have the Director or Leader's consent). Marshals are also responsible for ensuring that all members follow the faction rules/regulations, and delivering the appropiate warnings when a member disobeys. Although Marshals cannot kick members out of faction, any requests to boot someone will be taken very seriously by the Director or Leader, and will most likely be followed.
Lastly, Marshals are responsible for making sure Executors do their job properly. This also means occasionally recruiting members when needed.
Remember, everyone from Leader to Commissioner MUST respect their superiors. Disrespecting your superiors will not be tolerated. This means you cannot openly challenge your superiors authority or insult them openly. If you have an issue, take it with the person privately. Anyone who does not comply will receive one warning before getting the boot. If it is very serious, expect an instant boot.
